 R.S.U.M. was established to equip future pastors, assistant pastors, bus directors, youth workers, missionaries, music leaders, laypersons, and educators to do the work of the Lord. The desire of its founder, staff, and faculty is, “that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” (II Timothy 3:17)
AT R.S.U.M.:
- Each student receives a Bible-centered, ministry education
- Great soulwinning leaders serve as teachers of the school
- Each student studies the various successful ministries of The ROC

- Community Outreaches

- Six O’ Clock ROC
- Elderly Ministry
- Soulwinning
- Street Preaching Ministries
Furthermore, students will observe and learn from these church-centered activities:
- Baptismal Services
- Weddings
- Business Meetings
- Pulpit Preaching
- Invitations (dozens saved each week)
- Soulwinning church leadership
Christian service is required each week for each student. This service is done under the supervision of the Dean of Students.
The purpose of R.S.U.M. is to train students to be Spirit-filled, compassionate, on fire, and ready to do a first-class work for the Lord.
