Pastor Geronimo Aguilar is the senior pastor and founder of The Richmond Outreach Center (The ROC), a church that provides spiritual covering for over 130 ministries that serve the inner city of Richmond. Through these ministries, The ROC serves over 4,000 of Richmond’s most impoverished, drug-addicted, and hurting individuals each week. The ROC is one of the fastest-growing churches in America. Pastor Geronimo is known for his effectiveness in reaching inner-city neighborhoods with the love of Christ. Under his leadership, The ROC has been recognized by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, as well as the Richmond Police Department, for its success in rehabilitating gang-ridden neighborhoods and at-risk youth.

Pastor Ronnie Ortiz is the youth director and an assistant pastor at The ROC. Pastor Ronnie oversees the largest bus ministry in Virginia, an after-school program that serves over 150 children a day, and several youth programs. He also oversees a youth discipleship home for troubled teens, and an award-winning, competitive sports program for inner-city youth. Pastor Ronnie has been used by God to change thousands of young people’s lives.

Pastor Jason Helmlinger, attended North Carolina Wesleyan College and Virginia Commonwealth University. He worked for the Henrico County Division of Police where he served in several different units, including a unit of the SWAT Team, as an undercover officer in the Organized Crime Section, and as a Violent Crimes Detective. In these positions, he monitored criminal activity in some of the city’s most violent neighborhoods. During his eleven years in law enforcement, the Lord filled Pastor Jason’s heart with a desire to reach the city with the love of Jesus and compassion for the poor and hurting. Pastor Jason is the founding Dean of Students of R.S.U.M. and has helped many individuals realize their call to full-time ministry.

Pastor Fernando Kittrell is a graduate of Tabernacle Bible Institute, The College of Westchester, and the Spirit of Truth Institute. His education includes a Doctorate of Ministry, a Master of Christian Education, and a Bachelor of Theology. Pastor Fernando has served in various leadership roles in ministry, including teaching, chaplaincy, and counseling.
