R.S.U.M. is located on the north side of Richmond in a beautiful three-story building with approximately 45,000 square feet. The school is located at 3000 – 3002 Chamberlayne Avenue, across the street from Pollard Park and strategically located five minutes from downtown Richmond. The men’s dormitory, kitchen, cafeteria, and chapel are located on the first floor. Classrooms, offices, a clinic, lounges, and several other rooms are also located on the first floor. Married couples and mission teams reside on the second floor. The women’s dormitory is located on the third floor. The R.S.U.M. facility has three laundry rooms: one for single male students, one for single female students, and one for married couples. All floors are accessible by an elevator and a stairway. There is also an emergency stairway, along with smoke detectors and a fire sprinkler system on every floor. The campus has a beautiful fenced-in area with grass and a gazebo where students can fellowship and relax outdoors during the warmer months. Many of the school’s leadership live on campus, as well as a full-time security team and maintenance team.
