ATTENDANCE
Attendance is required in all class sessions. More than six unexcused absences from any class will result in a grade reduction. If eight classes are missed, a failing grade will be assigned to the class. In the event of military service or medical leave of absence, the student will be able to make arrangements with the Academic Vice President to complete the course work.
Hands-On Ministry Training
In addition to R.S.U.M.’s academic program, students will actively participate in the ministries of The ROC. Students will see thousands of souls saved and lives changed. Reaching the world requires reaching all kinds of people, and R.S.U.M. provides practical experience in fulfilling the Great Commission.
The students of R.S.U.M. will be living a part of history by actively serving in the ministries of a church that has become a model for urban ministry throughout the country. It is at The ROC that the students are able to hear Spirit-filled preaching, thus changing their lives forever. Weekly participation in a variety of supervised field ministries also develops the student’s spiritual life and his or her understanding of ministry.
